Owned and operated by the South Family for over 30 years. We are in the heart of secluded Treasure Beach on the very friendly South Coast of Jamaica. Sunset Resort and Villas is a 14 bedroom Resort that sits on 4 1/2 acres of beachfront. Combining our unsurpassed sunsets, our beautiful beach and our gracious service, Sunset Resort offers visitors a vacation of fun, relaxation and escape from all of the hustle and hassle of the big resort areas.

Yes, we have swimming pool available to all guest. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

There is adequate parking space at the hotel for up to 20 medium-sized vehicles.

Getting to the hotel from the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay is 3 hours.
We recommend that you secure airport transfer with a reliable transportation service. Our staff is willing to assist in arranging this for you.

We currently do not have honeymoon and anniversary packages but we will offer special discounts. Special requests to celebrate the moment are welcomed

Yes, our frontdesk staff will be more than happy to arrange tours and excursion to experience Jamaica.

To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservations Department at least thirty (30) days prior to your arrival. You will then be given a cancellation number.
Please note that you must be booked on a &aposFlexible&apos rate type as our "Non-Refundable" Rates does not allow for cancellation and refund.

Some guests room can accommodate a maximum of three people. Please note that the third bed will be a twin bed and will be at additional cost.

We regret that animals are not allowed at the hotel.

All room types can be booked with or without breakfast.

The standard check-in time is 15:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.

It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. As for late check-out, this is on a request basis only depending on availability.
The hotel reserve the right to charge for early check-in or late check-out.

We do have double and triple room. However, no quadruple rooms are available. Please secure either our 2-bedroom villa or our 2-bedroom premium suite
